Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to make you sweat. Remember, if it’s too easy, your core won’t be working as hard, and that toned body will be out of reach.

When you start feeling tired, make sure to open your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward. This will help you maintain good breathing and keep you energized.
