You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today is Day 16, and you won’t need any equipment. Let’s dive in.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core. Building strength and stamina isn’t meant to be easy, so push yourself to get that toned body.

When you start to feel tired, remember to open your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward. This helps keep your breathing unrestricted. You’ve got this, keep going!

The workout is 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves performed for 40 seconds each, with 20 seconds of rest in between. Do two sets of these exercises.
