Day 16 of the 30-Day At-Home Fat-Burning Workout Challenge

You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 is equipment-free, so let’s dive in.

Today’s workout features sumo squats, high planks transitioning into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to make you sweat and work your muscles with a little twist. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. Remember, if the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t get the workout it needs to get toned!

As you start to feel tired, keep your chest open and resist the urge to hunch forward. This will help you breathe better and maintain your form.

Here’s the plan for today:
– 10 minutes total
– 5 different moves
– 2 sets

Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the entire set one more time.
