Today’s session includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These movements come with a twist to make you really work up a sweat. It’s important to control each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. Remember, if it’s easy, your core isn’t working much. So, embrace the challenge to achieve that toned body you’re aiming for!

When you start feeling tired, make sure to open up your chest rather than leaning forward to catch your breath, as this can restrict your breathing. Always keep your chest open and breathe deeply.
