Focus on controlling each movement to really engage your core and build strength and endurance. According to Svava, it needs to be challenging; otherwise, your core doesn’t get the full benefit and you won’t achieve that toned look.

When you start to feel tired, remember to open your chest and breathe deeply. Don’t hunch over as it can restrict your breathing. Keep at it, you can do this!

– Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds.
